Travis Weathers is Co-Founder and CEO of VTEM Labs and co-owner of Mayweather Group, a U.S. Army and Joint Special Operations veteran with more than two decades across physical security, offensive cyber operations, executive protection, and adversarial simulation. He has personally led and executed hundreds of covert facility breaches against Fortune 100 organizations and is regarded as a subject-matter authority in RFID cloning, access control bypass, electronic defeat, and advanced physical exploitation.

During his military career, Travis served in tactical and strategic roles supporting global combat operations, leading communications, including radio and IT systems, for senior Department of Defense and Special Operations commanders. He went on to hold senior offensive security roles at FishNet Security, at Optiv as Practice Director of Attack and Penetration, and at Echelon Risk + Cyber as Senior Director of Offensive Security.

His engagements span healthcare, finance, retail, insurance, broadcast media, banking, technology, and critical infrastructure, from clandestine access into high-value facilities to the compromise of sensitive server and production environments and full executive exposure analysis. Travis is the creator of ATLAS Security Operations, a field-grade physical penetration testing platform. He also built TALA, the VTEM Labs wireless platform, applied both to professional wireless penetration testing and to government counter-surveillance, RF tracking, and digital hunt operations.

He is the founder of Practical Physical Exploitation, a globally distributed brand and the industry leader in covert entry and access control exploitation and bypass, known for professional RFID cloning hardware such as the Doppelgänger suite and for its hands-on training. Through it, Travis has trained hundreds of corporate security leaders, red team operators, and U.S. Special Operations and other government personnel in covert methods of entry, electronic defeat, and RFID exploitation. He has presented at DEF CON, Hack Miami, B-Sides Tampa, and Hack Space Con, and advises executives and their families on residential security, exposure reduction, and real-world threat behavior.

Ralph May is Co-Founder and CTO of VTEM Labs and co-owner of Mayweather Group, a U.S. Army veteran and former Department of Defense contractor who supported United States Special Operations Command on information security, threat actor simulation, and mission-focused technology. He is a recognized expert in network, physical, and wireless penetration testing, and in the design, deployment, and assessment of IT and surveillance systems where they intersect physical security.

Over the past decade, Ralph has delivered offensive security services at Optiv and Black Hills Information Security across finance, healthcare, technology, and critical infrastructure, spanning network, physical, and wireless penetration testing, social engineering, and red and purple team assessments. His background also runs through government contracting, enterprise IT, and surveillance camera technology, with a practical focus on where those systems meet real-world threat behavior.

Ralph is the creator of SPEAR and ARROW, the two platforms behind offensive security delivery at VTEM Labs and Mayweather Group. SPEAR standardizes penetration testing workflow, documentation, project management, and report consistency. ARROW is a remote implant and testing platform that powers controlled internal assessments, remote access operations, and testing infrastructure.
