Our Story

Founded by Security Experts

VTEM Labs was founded by veteran penetration testers turned software, firmware, and hardware engineers who saw a critical gap in offensive security delivery. They were frustrated by outdated processes, convoluted tools, inconsistent delivery models, and predatory pricing—where clients pay a premium for a Red Team but receive vulnerability scan or fully automated penetration test.

Co-Founder

Ralph is a co-founder of VTEM Labs and a former security consultant at Black Hills Information Security (BHIS). He is also the creator of the Practical Physical Exploitation Course and the founder of the Physical Exploitation Store.

Travis

Co-Founder

Travis is a co-founder of VTEM Labs and currently a Senior Director of Offensive Security at Echelon Cyber, and a former Practice Director at Optiv. He is also a co-owner of Mayweather Group, LLC, the creator of the Practical Physical Exploitation Course, and the founder of the Physical Exploitation Store.
